The Exclusive Tents at Rhino Watch are set within a forest and garden that feels entirely separate from the rest of the world. Each tent sits along its own stone path, surrounded by mature trees and indigenous planting, with a small veranda where you can sit and watch the garden come to life.

Mornings here begin with birdsong. Mousebirds, starlings and Red-cheeked Cordon-bleu call from the canopy. Weaver birds nest in the acacia trees nearby. There is no alarm clock needed.

Inside, the tents are comfortable and well-appointed at approximately 23 square metres. Beds are available in either a double or twin configuration. The bathrooms are built from local stone, with a vessel sink, warm shower and toilet. The whole space has been decorated in the African style, with carved woodwork and handpicked details throughout.
