Our two family chalets are built for families who want to be together without being on top of each other. Each chalet has two fully ensuite bedrooms connected by a private interior door — one room configured as a double, the other as twin beds — giving parents and children their own space while staying under the same roof.
Both chalets are fully furnished. The high thatched roof creates natural ventilation without air conditioning. Generous floor-to-ceiling windows frame a panoramic view of Mt Kenya — visible from the bed on a clear morning. Step outside to a private terrace with wooden chairs overlooking the garden and the Solio plains beyond.
Full board dining at La Bodega Restaurant is included in every stay. Three wildlife reserves are accessible as day trips directly from the lodge.
